About Judith

Judith has judged since 1996 and has progressed through all the grades to become a List 1 judge in 2013. As Chairman of the NW Region for eight years Judith has had access to observe and learn from top riders, trainers and judges. Judith has watched Valegro develop from a four year old to the superstar he is today. Judith feels so lucky to see a variety of horses and riders and watch them progress up the grades and her most memorable moment is watching Totillas at Windsor.

Three things you may not know about Judith

1. Started riding at seven on beach donkeys, fell off broke my arm and then wanted to ride ponies
2. Hunted, gymkhana which I loved, showing, XC, driven pony and trap. A good all round education
3. Worked for IBM as secretary, then group leader and then trainer. Did a presentation for the Institute of Directors in London on reducing error percentage in typing
