FAQs: competition timings

  • Posted: 12 May 2013

When can I enter a competition class?
We post two months of schedules in advance - entries can be made from when these are live up to midnight on the last day of the month. After this point the schedule is replaced with the following month's schedule, so if you've already ridden and filmed your test make sure you enter to avoid disappointment. No exceptions will be made.

How long will it take to have my test judged?
We aim to turn round videos within 48 hours during the first part of any month. Our judges do have commitments with live competitions so in the event of a delay we'll do our best to let you know.

Our judges work really hard to judge your tests quickly but be aware this process takes longer if you upload your video within five days of the end of the month.

How do I know when my test has been judged?
Our system is fully automated so as soon as a judge presses the 'save scoresheet' button you will receive an e-mail with a link to view and download it. This will be to the e-mail address you have supplied when you registered so make sure it's correct and is valid.

When will the final results be posted?
Judging and finalising results may take up to the fifth day of the following month and will be posted on our scoreboard and social media pages.

I've placed in a competition, when will I receive  my rosette?
Rosettes and prizes will be issued as soon as results are finalised - please allow up to seven working days for your rosettes and prizes to arrive.
