...Team Westfield Claims the Winter/Spring 2025 Team Challenge Title!
In a showcase of unwavering teamwork and dedication, Team Westfield has been crowned the champions of the Winter/Spring 2025 Dressage Anywhere Team Challenge! In a thrilling climax to the competition, Team Westfield emerged victorious with an impressive final score of 41 points.
The competition was a truly international affair, seeing teams from the UK and as far afield as the Cayman Islands battle it out for the coveted title. Team Westfield, a formidable group of riders including Denise Coppin, Alison Barker, Kate Moriarty, Olivia Carter, Helen Coutts and Philly Muir, consistently delivered outstanding performances throughout the challenge, setting a high standard for all.
A huge congratulations also goes to our Reserve Champions, Oathlaw Angels, who put in a fantastic effort to secure second place with a total of 30 points. We must also give a special mention to Cayman Riding School for their strong performance, taking third place with 27 points and highlighting the truly global nature of the competition.
Congratulations are also in order for all the teams that competed, including Black Brow Farm, Windmill Boldre, Calon RDA, EquiTeam Allsorts, Macron's (Mature) Minxes, Penniwells, Belvoir Vale RDA, Egersund Riding Club, EquiTeam Bravehearts, EquiTeam Half Halt Heroes and Ealing Riding School.
The Dressage Anywhere Team Challenge provides a fantastic platform for riders of all levels to connect, motivate one another, and celebrate their shared love for dressage. Looking ahead, we're thrilled to confirm that more competitions and classes are eligible for Team Challenge points! This means teams with a mix of different horse and rider combinations can earn points across an even wider range of competitions.
Team members entering Ex-Racehorse, Veteran Horse, Freestyle to Music and RDA competitions can also earn valuable points for their teams. The next Team Challenge runs from July to December 2025, with the team that accumulates the most points being crowned champion.
